Caretaker service & winter service
A well-kept property needs more than cleaning. With our caretaker service, we take care of tasks big and small around your property – all year round.
We handle regular inspection rounds, minor repairs, care of the outdoor areas and management of the waste bin area. This gives you a reliable partner who keeps a watchful eye on your property.
In winter, our clearing and gritting service keeps paths and entrances safe – reliably and in line with municipal obligations. As the owner or property manager, you can rest assured your legal obligations are covered.
